Mark your calendars! IMCATS November 8, 2025!
The 2024 show will once again be held at the OLP Banquet Hall. We weren't able to confirm we would be able to hold the show at this location until now since it was possible that it was going to close. The 2023 show was a great succcess with lots of good items to be seen and available along with great custom models and dioramas! We are working on a new web site and will have it up soon with updated pictures.

IMCATS can be a great family or couples trip

Here is what some of the past attendees have to say:
"Karen and I look forward to coming up each year to enjoy the area. We like to go to the numerous specialty shops which include gourmet foods,
chocolates and wines from the area. We enjoy the numerous restaurants and brew pubs. Living in a very busy part of Connecticut,
we love walking around the quaint village of Williamsville. We have also explored Niagara Falls numerous times as well as visiting
the wine trail in Canada which concludes at Niagara On the Lake."   -- Greg & Karen Bauer

"Over the years while my son enjoys the toy show, my friends and I enjoy shopping at the local merchants on Main Street as well as the Galleria Mall and dining at Orazios Restaurant."   -- Carol Ferguson

There are a lot of things to do in the Buffalo/Niagara region including Niagara Falls,
wine tastings, shopping, fantastic parks(Letchworth Park - the grand canyon of the East), fantastic dining (Western New York has the highest
percentage of independent non chain restaurants),

Saturday night dinner:  Every year many of the attendees go out to dinner
on Saturday night at a local restaurant.  This is a great opportunity for the
collectors and dealers to socialize after a day at the show.  Sometimes as many
as 50 people show for the dinner.  Dinner location will be announced near the
time of the show. Although the preferred restaurant is Orazios, award winning Italian food.

        Display tables are
free, so come and share your custom models with fellow enthusiasts!
There will be a small entrance fee for those wishing to enter the competition.
For people with only a couple of models for display, we will have limited room in
glass display cases to exhibit your models.  Bring your models,  we need
your help to make this show the equivalent of Model Show Europe with hundreds of
            custom built models on display.

Previous years have shown the unveiling of new models and prototypes including the
much anticipated Bucyrus International BE 495B shovel, Sherwood Model's Euclid
C6, Towsleys Collectibles Bucyrus 49-R drill, Oshkosh models, Manitowoc 4100 crane.
Classic Construction Models, First Gear, EMD, Diecast Masters and others usually always send
samples of upcoming models for attendees to drool over.

                Friends, collectors, enthusiasts,
We invite you to the 16th Annual IMCATS Show.  We look forward to catching up
with all of you who attended in the past and to meet new people who are coming to
the show for the first time.  For those of you who have not attended an IMCATS
show yet, the show is a great time of meeting with fellow collectors, seeing some
great custom work, filling in your collection, seeing new prototype models, meeting
manufacturers and a chance to spend some great quality time with people who share
your passion for construction and truck models.  No where else other than at
Model Show Europe in the Netherlands can you experience this.

For the enthusiasts and the kid in all of us, this show is the chance to see many
of the machinery seen building highways, building sky scrapers, building bridges,
digging in the mines and quarries on a smaller scale.  Many of the large mining
machines many of us will never be able to see except on TV or at this show in miniature.
This show is like the Discovery Channel coming to life in miniature.

Several years ago we set out to develop an annual event to showcase the custom works
of model makers here in North America.  Our goal was to establish a show on
par with the renowned "Model Show Europe".  We ask for your help
in reaching our goal.  This show is the opportunity to share the appreciation
of your work with fellow modelers, collectors and enthusiasts.  We ask that
you come, participate and bring your custom work to display.  An optional competition
will be held for those desiring to compete for prizes.

Thanks for your support in making this show a reality,
